Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a business strategy in the Johannesburg area in conjunction with management, aligning with company goals.
  • Onboard new customers and maintain existing ones through consultation with the Area Manager, ensuring seamless relationships.
  • Provide technical and service support to customers, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/annual sales targets by growing sales to meet or surpass expectations.
  • Visit new and existing customers to foster business growth and sustainability.
  • Manage customer accounts and offer support for the company's product offerings, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Matric / N5/N6 qualification is essential.
  2. Diploma in Engineering/Mechatronics/Electrical and/or Qualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright) is preferred but not required.
  3. 1-2 years of experience within a customer services environment with solution selling skills are necessary.
  4. Good working knowledge of Fluid Power is crucial.
  5. A valid Driver's License is required.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
