  • Manage internal sales processes, including sales forecasting, sales reporting, and sales analytics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication, issue resolution, and customer feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or internal sales, preferably within the Food and/or Flavours industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as administrative abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid Excel and Word abilities. Experience with Salesforce and JDE is highly preferred.
  • A passion for customer service and the Food Industry.
