Internal Sales and Tender Administrator

Fully remote opportunity for a driven professional with experience in technical sales and tender administration.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to support key operations and manage national tenders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales within a laboratory or technical environment and be proficient in handling high-volume administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling client quotes/invoicing and processing client payments
  • Developing and modifying tenders and sales proposals
  • Managing customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Capturing and processing sales and tender information
  • Reporting on sales activities and tender statuses
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of tender documents
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Coordinating and invoicing of monthly payment certificates for National parastatals

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a sales or administrative role within a laboratory or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Experience with National tender documentation and processes
