Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Documentation: Process, check, and issue all travel documentation, including E-Tickets, EMDs, and fares knowledge.
  • Quicktrav Expertise: Possess good knowledge of Quicktrav required for issuing car hire/hotel vouchers, credit card swipes, and receipting, as well as DI lines in PNRs for automatic invoicing.
  • Commission/Service Fee Management: Have good knowledge of various commission/service fee collecting schemes, such as Travel Buy TASF.
  • Insurance Policy Issuance: Issue Zurich/TIC Insurance Policies.
  • Debtors List Management: Ensure ITC Debtors Lists are controlled and never outstanding, requiring cross-pollination with the finance department and teamwork.
  • Administrative Support: Provide all related administrative functions to facilitate back office support given to ITCs.
  • Team Support: Assist junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years related retail travel experience as a consultant in a Travel Agency and 2 years ticketing experience.
  • All aspects of processing, checking, and issuing of all travel documentation.
  • Fares knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Quicktrav.
  • Good knowledge of various commission/service fee collecting schemes.
  • Issuing of Zurich/TIC Insurance Policies.
  • Ensuring ITC Debtors Lists are controlled and never outstanding.
  • All related administrative functions.
  • Assisting junior staff.
