  • Training Program Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design tailored training programs that meet client objectives.
  • Facilitator Management: Source and manage a network of experienced facilitators to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Course Administration: Oversee the administration of training programs, including registration, payment processing, and certificate issuance.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in Education or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as Training / H&S / SETA / QCTO qualifications.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in education or training is required, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
