Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Barloworld Equipment (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering business processes and projects, working closely with project managers and teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Manage project documentation, including risk registers, issue registers, and resource registers.
- Update project plans and track progress against established work breakdown structures and timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential solutions and document lessons learned.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with project managers, stakeholders, and team members.
