We are seeking an experienced Senior Hotel Operations Director to join our team.
Salary:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, estimated to be around R750,000 - R1,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The Senior Hotel Operations Director will be responsible for the management of the operational area in such a manner that customer satisfaction is achieved.
This includes assisting with queries and guests complaints management on duty, effective management of all staff, creating and maintaining relationships with guests, and being responsible for the management of the entire establishment in the absence of the General Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Duty Manager, as well as a minimum of 3 years experience in an Operations Management position in a 4/5 Star Hotel.
You should also be experienced within all different areas of a Hotel, polite, friendly, and have a strong personality that can think on your feet.
A formal hospitality degree/diploma is preferable, and previous experience on Opera and Micros would be an advantage.
