About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned key accounts with the primary objective of building relationships and growing accounts to reach their full potential. They will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue and gross margin through comprehensive planning, identification of opportunities, and action plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage key accounts to ensure volume and market share growth of flavours in the food industry.
  2. Perform sales activities on major accounts.
  3. Identify market opportunities for flavours in the food industry.
  4. Develop specific sales strategies to ensure sales growth.
  5. Presentations and advice to customers on product solutions.
  6. Generate monthly sales reports.
  7. Participate in sales meetings to share field problems and ideas to grow the business.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Food technology degree and at least 5 years' experience handling Key Accounts. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
