- Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and equipment for hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in technical support, networking, or related fields.
