Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to create value for our customers through our One Bill solution.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, building a robust sales pipeline through consultative sales approaches.
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment, working closely with your team to achieve shared goals and celebrate individual successes.
Requirements:
- Maturity and a high school diploma.
- Professional proficiency in English (60% or higher).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in international outbound sales (cold calling) in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent typing skills (35 wpm or higher).
Skills and Qualities:
- Superior communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
Working Conditions:
- A rotational shift schedule (15:00 - 04:00) with opportunities for travel.
- A comprehensive compensation package, including salary, shift incentives, and travel allowances.
