We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to enhance our e-commerce team's visual identity and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging graphics for various digital channels, including website banners, social media posts, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
  • Design and edit product images for our online store, ensuring high-quality visuals that enhance product appeal and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals that support promotional activities and product launches.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video graphics, animations, and interactive designs, to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to improve user experience and interface design for our e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and output.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software, strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with tools such as Sketch or Figma, excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively, strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print work.
