Administrative Support Specialist to Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Rory Mackie & Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Sales team as an Assistant to the Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Liaise with Sales, Orders, and customers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Assist in the preparation of pricing change sheets and ensure accurate implementation of pricing changes.
- Process and compile incoming weekly sell-through reports to monitor progress and identify trends.
- Set up and process listing forms for new products, ensuring accurate updates of product names and barcodes.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Monitor the competitive environment to determine sales trends and pricing.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and active learning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reside in the Northern Suburbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dealing with buyers, planners, and stores.
- Social perceptiveness and ability to understand customer needs.
