Job Description

As a Trainee Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in managing daily store operations. You will ensure excellent customer service standards are met, collaborate effectively with team members, and maintain inventory control and oversee merchandising standards.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Support and assist in managing daily store operations, including maintaining stock levels, handling customer complaints, and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met by providing top-notch support, answering queries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and provide feedback to improve overall performance.
  • Maintain inventory control and oversee merchandising standards to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of the company.


Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have a Matric or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management. Strong team player skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage store operations in a fast-paced environment are essential.
