Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line support for SAP system users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of user experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Analyze reports on user knowledge and skills gaps, identifying training needs and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including learning teams, superusers, and end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant business function or information technology environment, preferably with SAP exposure.
  • Degree in Information Technology, BCom (Information Systems), or BSC Computer Science.
  • Proven track record of managing projects related to superior performance and continuous improvement.
  • Valid Code EB drivers' license.
