Job Title: Aviation HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation HR Administrator to join our team at Gap Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administration role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including BCEA, LRA, and OHSA.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to start at short notice.
