Aviation HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation HR Administrator to join our team at Gap Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to our aviation clients, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Admin role.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and OHSA.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles in Aviation is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Contactable references.
- Able to start at short notice.
- Negotiable salary package.
