Job Title: Aviation HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation HR Administrator to join our team at Gap Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to our aviation clients, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Admin role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and OHSA.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles in Aviation is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Contactable references.
  • Able to start at short notice.
