Job Title: Senior Account Manager

At Salesworx, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client acquisition and retention
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients to expand the current customer base
  • Developing and implementing effective account management strategies
  • Conducting presentations and product/service demonstrations
  • Achieving or exceeding assigned targets
  • Monitoring account performance and developing action plans for improvement
  • Providing accurate forecasts and reports
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
  • Ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are implemented
  • Addressing and resolving any objections or conflicts during negotiations
  • Maintaining detailed records of activities and client interactions
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track progress and manage processes
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports to management
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
  • Regularly communicating with clients to understand their requirements and providing customized solutions
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with products and services
  • Providing ongoing support and follow-ups to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
  • Collecting and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing customer feedback to the relevant departments to drive product and service enhancements
  • Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and SLAs
  • Remaining updated around the company's products and services, including Data Centre and facilities infrastructure, Integrated Security and electronic services, Structured Cabling, and more
  • Providing clients with accurate and detailed product information
  • Training clients around the usage and benefits of the products or services
  • Maintaining an awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy, and how to penetrate a new market
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of company solutions and services within a practice area or service area by sharing best practices with internal teams, as well as client teams
  • Supporting other team members throughout the sales cycle from engagement, quoting to billing
  • Building and maintaining a close relationship with relevant OEMs
  • Targeting the Public Sector to increase the client database in this regard
  • Assisting the company with Business Development on a consistent basis

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
  • A National Senior Certificate
  • Having pre-existing relationship capital in the market
