Job Title: HR Partner

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing key HR areas, implementing policies, and resolving employee issues. You will play a crucial role in shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and boosting employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee key HR areas, including labor relations, payroll processes, and employee development.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and drive business objectives.
  • Resolve employee issues and provide coaching to managers to drive performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with wage and unionized employees.
  • Strong background in labor relations and proven success in HR process improvement.
  • Proficiency in payroll processes and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end HR projects.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Qualification.
  • Additional certifications are a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
