  • Address internal audit findings and follow Internal Risk officer instructions.
  • Manage headcount of sites.
  • Complete and submit reports timeously.
  • Manage performance of underperforming sectors.
  • Develop competence and transfer skills as part of Area development strategy.
  • Manage ER and HR related processes.
  • Facilitate 360 feedback across area to determine Area Manager role fulfillment.
  • Develop staff and store managers.
  • Manage equipment functionality and effective communication with suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with Landlords.
  • Resolve landlord, customer, and regional office queries promptly.
  • Manage demands of individual sites, especially outside of business hours and seasonal demands.
  • Nominated health and safety field committee member.
  • Participate in quarterly health and safety meetings with Operations.
  • Assist DOL/OHS inspector during field audit visits.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly OHS trackers.
