**Job Summary**:
The Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the operational processes within the organization. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. The Operations Analyst must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Collect and compile operational data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in operational processes.
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track operational performance.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Work with different departments to facilitate the implementation of new processes or changes to existing ones.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and process improvements.
- Communicate findings, proposals, and project statuses to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss analyses and recommendations.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
- **Technology and Tools**:

- Utilize software and tools for data analysis, process mapping, and project management.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and tools that can improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members on new systems and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process and interpret large amounts of data.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Work Environment**:
The Operations Analyst typically works in an office environment and may spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The role may require occasional travel to different operational sites or departments within the organization.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operating systems: 3 years (preferred)
