Africonology Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Consultant to play a critical role in defining and enabling business change in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have at least +8 years of experience in a similar role, with strong SQL and integration knowledge.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Business Systems Consultant is to define, design and manage business requirements which maintain products in various systems. This includes delivering solutions that are fit for purpose, focusing on efficiencies and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business needs as they relate to potential change or transformation
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Analyzing business and system requirements
  • Producing documentation and proposing improvements where appropriate
  • Assisting with solution design

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Informatics (Honors/Masters degrees advantageous)
  • Relevant formal qualification in Business Analysis
  • At least +8 years' experience in a similar role
  • SQL knowledge and data management experience
