• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/service industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and well-spoken.
• Outgoing and social personality.
• Must be results-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to travel at short notice and sometimes for long periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Hospitality or management qualifications are a plus.
• Advanced level of computer literacy. Preferably KZN based.
