About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and energetic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, communication, monitoring, delivery, and handover of our implementation projects.

You'll work closely with clients across various industries and sectors, building a portfolio of projects that showcase your expertise and skills. Your primary contact point for customers throughout their Fuse implementation journey, you'll guide them to a successful outcome by delivering on their business objectives and crafting a world-class onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all project functions and activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including client-facing project plans, schedules, and reports to support transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and track project timelines, establishing and monitoring detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved and any potential delays are proactively addressed.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Tech-ops, to scope and manage system integrations that form part of the implementation.
  • Risk identification and mitigation, proactively identifying, documenting, and addressing project risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies, and escalating issues as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Provide clear and concise progress reports to both internal teams and clients, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of project status, key developments, and any challenges.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Highly organized and energetic, with exceptional organizational skills and a positive, high-energy approach to work.
  • Natural collaborator, building strong, productive relationships across cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbally and in writing, and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing client-facing projects, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Project Management Certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
  • Quick decision-making, thinking on your feet, and making well-informed decisions, adjusting priorities as needed without losing momentum.
  • Adaptability, comfortable with change, and quickly adapting to new challenges, project requirements, or shifting client needs.
