- Minimum 4 years of tertiary education in Commerce or equivalent.
- MBA/Masters advantageous.
- At least 5 years of management experience, including 3 years in a Client Service leadership role within the ICT industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
