- Maintain Customer SLA's as per contractual agreement.
- Ensure timely attendance of drivers and floor staff, reporting absent staff members promptly.
- Capture and file fuel slips on a daily basis.
- Prioritize Labour Broker timesheets and submissions accurately.
- Update the Staff Register including PPE, Licenses, and PDP's diligently.
- Assist the Operations department with all admin-related tasks effectively.
- Conduct daily freight scrutiny and LMS Capture efficiently.
- Support the branch manager with filing ops documents and reports accurately.
- Capture POD Information on the LMS system, batch original POD documents, and store per client.
- Confirm deliveries with drivers, updating Account Executives on delivery success and failures.
- Facilitate all deliveries, including specials ex-branch to local and over border, following up on PODs thereafter.
- Interact with branches regarding queries or complaints professionally.
- Answer all calls on the reception desk, forwarding calls to relevant staff members, taking messages, and assisting customers with queries.
- Arrange collections for Customers, confirming collections with suppliers and clients via phone and email.
- Coordinate all specials with the Specials department during the day.
