Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You will be responsible for maintaining electronic calendars, arranging appointments, and managing correspondence on behalf of directors.
- Your duties will also include typing and word processing, drafting communications, and planning meetings.
- You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain electronic calendars and arrange appointments for directors.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
- Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Assist with internal e-mails and letters, as well as external communications.
- Conduct research and follow up on quotations.
- SOURCE and ORDER office equipment and supplies.
- Assist with tenders and contractors packs.
- Arrange for drivers to perform errands when required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Matric and Higher Certificate or Diploma will be an advantage.
R750,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
