Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or a courier environment, with a focus on nightshift managerial roles. Essential skills include financial, operational, HR, and IR expertise, as well as excellent administration and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including LRA and BCEA, is required. A valid unendorsed Code 08 driver's license and own reliable transportation are necessary for this role. Flexibility to travel and ability to work overtime and shifts as needed are also expected.
