You will also be expected to run daily meetings with the content team, act as a liaison for content with external departments, and ensure that content is delivered to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Flow and Quality Assurance: Oversee the production flow of content, from stakeholder brief to end product, ensuring work is fully QAed and meets the brief.
  • Process Development: Work closely with the EMEA content leads to refine processes.
  • Ensure Content Delivery: Chase commissioning editors, writers, and proposition owners to ensure that content is delivered to schedule. Monitor and manage Ten's communications schedule to ensure no delays or clashes in content release.
  • Represent Content in Meetings and Communication: Act as a liaison for content with external departments, assisting with briefing processes and sign offs. Run daily meetings with the content team, and represent the content team in meetings with other stakeholders.
  • Content Quality Control: Work closely with the writers, sub editors, and CRM specialists to ensure content is meticulously checked, is expressed with Ten's tone of voice, and tells the story of Ten.
