About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and process-driven Content Production Director to join our fast-growing content team in Cape Town. This multifaceted role is suited to a creative individual with experience in project management, production, and traffic management in media, content, or creative industries.

You will be responsible for running content through the right workflows on time, evaluating briefs to ensure alignment with stakeholders and the creative team, allocating time and resources to projects daily, and improving processes to produce high-quality content at scale within deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Production Flow and Quality Assurance: Oversee the production flow of content, from stakeholder brief to end product, ensuring work is fully QAed and meets the brief.
  • Process Development: Work closely with EMEA content leads to refine processes.
  • Ensure Content Delivery: Chase commissioning editors, writers, and proposition owners to ensure that content is delivered to schedule, monitor and manage Ten's communications schedule to avoid delays or clashes in content release.
  • Represent Content in Meetings and Communication: Act as a liaison for content with external departments, assisting with briefing processes and sign offs, run daily meetings with the content team, and represent the content team in meetings with other stakeholders.
  • Content Quality Control: Work closely with writers, sub editors, and CRM specialists to ensure content is meticulously checked, expressed with Ten's tone of voice, and tells the story of Ten.
  • Onboarding and Training: Onboard new team members with production processes.
