  • COORDINATING CLEANING SERVICES AND ASSISTING WITH DAILY OPERATIONS.
  • MANAGING MOBILE TECHNOLOGY AND FIXED ASSETS AS REQUIRED.
  • PROCURING MATERIALS AND SERVICES FOR FACILITIES DEPARTMENT.
  • BACK-UP FOR RECEPION SERVICES AS REQUIRED.
  • PREPARING REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION AS REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT.
  • CO-ORDINATING CATERING AND EVENTS AT HEAD OFFICE.
  • PROVIDING GENERAL SUPPORT TO FACILITIES MANAGER AS REQUIRED.
