Position Overview;
Gather, compute, manage, scrutinize, and verify fund data to generate the Net Asset Values for the specific Funds administered by our client, adhering to strict deadlines and regulatory standards.
Facilitate, oversee, and document cash transactions (cash management), investment activities, and update entries in InvestOne to guarantee precise and prompt delivery of the NAV.
Conduct and verify weekly/daily cash and stock reconciliations, ensuring thorough investigation of all outstanding discrepancies to achieve timely resolution of any reconciling differences and prevent NAV inaccuracies.
Supervise daily/monthly asset pricing and evaluate pricing sources for corporate actions to ensure securities are updated and accurately valued on InvestOne, preventing asset pricing errors in valuations.
Execute and validate weekly/daily expense and accrual computations to ensure correct reflection in the Net Asset Value calculation.
Prepare and deliver an accurate NAV to ensure that reviewers identify no errors in the reviewed work, resulting in timely NAV delivery.
Proactively address inquiries with dealers, brokers, custodians, auditors, and clients to ensure prompt resolution of all queries. Communicate and escalate potential issues effectively when necessary.
Oversee and conduct weekly/monthly compliance assessments to ensure adherence to all scheme particulars, preventing concerns in compliance reviews and reports.
Compile and finalize all quarterly statutory submissions to ensure that specific funds meet regulatory requirements.


Essential Qualifications;

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably encompassing Accounting, Finance, and Investments.

Completion of professional articles
Strong numerical aptitude
Proficient in EXCEL
Meticulous attention to detail
Relevant experience
Exceptional communication abilities
