Key Accountabilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze market data to inform business development strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and prospect new leads, qualify them, and develop strategies to convert them into customers or partners.
  • Relationship Building and Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Strategic Planning and Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to define the company's long-term growth strategies and assist in the development and execution of business plans and sales targets.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
