Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Coordinator to join our team at HR Genie. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Management team in the successful execution of projects, including planning, coordination, and liaison with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online database maintenance and reporting
  • Set up new accounts and load new sites into the system
  • Manage customer queries and coordinate system upgrades
  • Administer the process of signing up new retailers and shops
  • Research and sign up retailers for the company payment model
  • Create a database of buy-back centers across South Africa and link them to the company's waste reclaimer fee payment
  • Calculate, coordinate, implement, and report on delivery of waste reclaimer service fee
  • Sign up new enterprises, add new locations to the payment model, and troubleshoot activities
  • Assist with enterprise and waste reclaimer queries
  • Collect reporting data from project partners
  • Train enterprises and retailers on the payment model

Requirements:

  • Relevant IT or project-related tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of IT project administration or related IT administration experience
  • Fluency in an African language
  • Experience with payment systems or payment apps is highly beneficial
  • Experience gained within the waste/environmental/related industry is highly advantageous
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, & MS PowerPoint)
  • Valid Code 8 Driver's License and own reliable transport are essential
