Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This role is focused on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and prospecting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through thorough research and strategic outreach.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies to engage with key decision-makers and present tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in relation to call center outsourcing services, SMB SaaS, or an enterprise sales environment.
  • Experience selling and sourcing deals in the US or global market.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sourcing new leads, and setting meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Airtable, Hubspot, and Zoominfo.
