  6. Contribute to product development and system design improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Conduct competitor product comparisons to highlight unique offerings and improve market positioning.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Demonstrate strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills under pressure.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships.
  • Exhibit deep knowledge of policies, products, and systems to provide expert advice.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3 years of experience as a broker consultant or portfolio manager.
  • 10 years of experience in the short-term insurance industry.
  • NQF Level 4: Short-Term Commercial Lines 60 Credits.
  • Registered Representative Commercial/PL.
  • Successfully completed the RE 5 Examination Level 1.
