We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Isilumko Staffing.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, 2 years of HR administration, and 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Administer leave and absence policies.
  • Provide HR support to employees and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in HR or relevant field.
  • Proficient in SAGE People (Advantage) and VIP Premier software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 Years Payroll Experience
  • 2 Years HR Administrations
  • 2 Years experience In the Insurance Industry (Advantageous)
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
