We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Isilumko Staffing.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, 2 years of HR administration, and 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Administer leave and absence policies.
- Provide HR support to employees and management.
- Degree in HR or relevant field.
- Proficient in SAGE People (Advantage) and VIP Premier software.
- 2 Years Payroll Experience
- 2 Years HR Administrations
- 2 Years experience In the Insurance Industry (Advantageous)
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
