Key Responsibilities
  1. Educate scripting doctors on our products and their benefits.
  2. Displace competitors by providing clinical evidence and product knowledge.
  3. Implement our marketing strategy to increase market share.
  4. Make appointments and calls in a timely manner.
  5. Work closely with the sales counterpart to ensure stock availability.
  6. Achieve 9 calls per day and maintain a daily appointment ratio of 75% or more.
  7. Manage customer split and territory management.
  8. Visit 90% of customers every cycle and grade customers based on importance.
  9. Day trips should not exceed a 120km radius.
Product Knowledge
  1. Stay up-to-date with regular product updates and training.
  2. Achieve a minimum of 85% on product assessments.
Administration
  1. Complete weekly planners, expenses, and plan country trips.
  2. Daily completion of calls with comments on repwise.
  3. Other ad-hoc smart sheets and reports.
  4. Analyse data on Power BI and define plans per customer.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a medical field (e.g., Biokinetics, Physiotherapy or other).
  2. Rookie or experienced.

  2. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.

  4. Strong-minded.

Travel

The role holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel, staying away from home on a regular basis. Motor vehicle and driver's license required.
