Digital and Social Marketing Specialist

Talent Evolution is seeking a highly skilled Digital and Social Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media marketing plans aligned with our overall marketing strategy and budget.
  • Design and implement effective content plans, including creative development and copywriting.
  • Measure and analyze campaign success, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and brief agencies and service providers on creative requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media pages and sales campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Relevant honors degree in marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
