Job Title: Marketing Manager - Luxury Cosmetics

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our luxury cosmetics brand in South Africa.

Estimated Salary: R 600,000 - R 800,000 per annum

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to drive the growth and success of our premium beauty brand in the South African market. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales, and market share.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will also be instrumental in building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive marketing plans and ensure effective execution;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and optimize results;
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize ROI and minimize waste;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics industry;
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy development, execution, and measurement;
  • Strong understanding of the South African beauty market and consumer behavior;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
