Job Description

We are seeking a Theater Usher to provide exceptional customer service to our audience members. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patrons with finding their seats, distributing programs, and answering any questions or concerns.

The role requires maintaining order and safety in the theater during performances. This includes monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the theater lobby and seating area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide assistance to patrons with disabilities or special needs.

Duties
  • Greet patrons and check tickets at the entrance of the theater.
  • Assist patrons in finding their seats and provide information about the show.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the theater lobby and seating area.
  • Answer questions and handle any concerns or complaints from patrons.
  • Collect and organize ticket stubs and assist with seating arrangements during intermission.
  • Provide assistance for patrons with disabilities or special needs.
  • Direct patrons to restrooms, concessions, and exits as needed.
