You will be responsible for:

1. Patron Support: Greet visitors warmly and ensure they have a smooth entry experience.
2. Seat Assistance: Help patrons find their seats and provide information about the show.
3. Cleanliness and Safety: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the theater lobby and seating area.
4. Problem-Solving: Address any concerns or complaints from patrons in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Intermission Support: Collect and organize ticket stubs and assist with seating arrangements during intermissions.
6. Accessibility: Provide assistance for patrons with disabilities or special needs.
7. Directional Guidance: Direct patrons to restrooms, concessions, and exits as needed.
