Multilingual Support Executive for a Dynamic Team

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Broker Support Executive. This role is crucial in managing administrative tasks, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including issuing and updating broker contracts, tracking broker performance, and handling day-to-day broker correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams on monthly broker newsletters.
- Support the EU Team Leader and Head of Sales in building and maintaining strong relationships with key brokers through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for MMK inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance to brokers, sales, and predeparture teams, addressing inquiries related to platform functionalities, including Hubspot and Triton.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve broker issues.
Key Capabilities:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in understanding and explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive problem-solving skills to address client issues and find innovative solutions.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in European languages, with French and German being essential.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Skillset: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
