Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Fund. This includes leading the development and implementation of digital media strategies, managing relationships effectively, and delivering high-impact social investment solutions in the news media sector. The specialist will also ensure that the service level agreement (SLA) and client strategies are delivered according to plan and to standard.

Performance Indicators
The key performance indicators for this role include leading the RFP process and beneficiary management, managing monitoring, reporting, and impact assessment, engaging as a public representative of the Fund, and leading stakeholder relationship management. The specialist will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Fund, including working closely with Tshikululu Heads of Departments to ensure the implementation of the Fund's strategies are in line with policies and procedures.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong emphasis on Digital Media, Communications, Commerce or similar qualifications, with at least 10 years' experience in digital media or a related sector. You will also need a proven track record of project management and leadership, strong knowledge of South Africa's media landscape, including challenges and opportunities in digital transformation, and experience with RFP processes, governance structures, and impact monitoring.
