Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that meets business objectives and drives sales accepted leads.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive sales accepted leads.
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditure, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning, devising counterstrategies to maintain market leadership.
  • Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis.
  • Experience with enterprise-level email marketing and automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Hubspot.
  • Experience working with a CRM tool such as Salesforce and reporting marketing successes from Salesforce.
  • Experience and knowledge working with audiences in sub-Saharan Africa would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience updating website content for WordPress websites.
