About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Assistant Manager to join our team in Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business operations, ensuring all Ecommerce Finance deliverables are met, and cross-training across all Ecommerce Finance Processes.
Key responsibilities include processing, reconciling, analyzing, and problem-solving, particularly in the Customer Refunds area, as well as enhancing, automating, streamlining, and mapping processes.
Additional duties include performing Quality checks in the process as agreed, driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization, and ensuring SOPs are up to date.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Finance and at least 5 years' experience in a finance/operations role, with proficiency in SAP and Excel.
