About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Global HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing monthly and ad hoc payrolls across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that all employees are correctly and accurately paid by the due pay date in each jurisdiction.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Collating system data reports to identify and sense-check adjustments prior to payroll processing;
  2. Ensuring new starters, leavers, and changes to standing and variable data are accurately recorded and processed through the relevant payroll;
  3. Producing payroll reports, checking adjustments, and ensuring all work undertaken has been self-reviewed before submission for next-level internal review;
  4. Supporting the Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits on ad hoc projects such as acquisitions, global mobility, and system implementation;

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience working in multiple-jurisdictional payroll and be able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
