Responsibilities:- Deliver top-tier services to employers and members of retirement funds, adhering to service level agreements and annual strategic planning.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of risk and retirement technical knowledge.
- Ensure the effective management of employee benefits environments and adherence to all FAIS requirements.
- Independently manage and consult on client portfolios, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide expert advice, excellent client service, and project management of fund-critical events to ensure seamless operations.
- Effectively manage service providers and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and conduct member presentations, explaining benefits and answering questions as required.
- Conduct regular risk and retirement re-brokes to ensure optimal solutions.
- Prepare and distribute agenda packs for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
- Manage monthly reconciliations and provide ongoing feedback to clients.
- Arrange MANCO meetings, perform secretarial services, and maintain accurate records.
- Foster strong relationships with internal colleagues and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Build key relationships with service providers and clients, staying informed about industry developments and legislative changes.
- Attend internal and external forums and training courses to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Matric and NQF Level 6 and/or CFP qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Employee Benefits industry.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving, analysis, and negotiation skills.
