RareCruit seeks an experienced Support Services Coordinator to drive the successful onboarding of clients onto our platforms. This individual will play a pivotal role in streamlining our processes and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client onboarding, guaranteeing alignment with specified workflow and system criteria
- Partner with billers to determine optimal onboarding strategies
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards across multiple portals and inboxes
- Escalate critical issues to the Customer Relationship Manager when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date biller information within the Onboarding and Integrations workflow system
- Conduct routine compliance assessments on billers updating their profiles
- Provide supporting documentation to the Accounts department for review and approval
Minimum Requirements
To excel as a Support Services Coordinator, candidates must possess:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable customer-facing role
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, encompassing formulas and pivot table applications
- Background in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on payments, is highly desirable
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and a solid grasp of Afrikaans; additional language capabilities are viewed favorably
