The Support Services Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product and pricing information. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain complex databases and provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing and product-related information on Life Healthcare's central product database for South Africa and Botswana.
  • Process purchase orders and CEPs within agreed turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with the Product Database Manager to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement effective processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors in administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support as needed.
