Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer interactions and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Training or certification in CRM systems or data management.

  • Familiarity with warranty processing or technical support in a related industry is preferred.
